Since I joined BATZ in the area of Supplier Quality Assurance, I have been developing my knowledge and experience within the organisation to the current position of quality manager at BATZ Czech. What I value the most is being an active part and agent in the development of this project, as well as the continuous interaction with other teams. This is what motivates me in my daily work and what I want for the rest of my team. Teamwork, challenges, experiences, strategy and future, five attributes in BATZ that drive me to keep moving forward.
