My professional development has been parallel to the evolution of the company. I have taken over responsibility while I get trained and face new challenges. A learning process that continues to this day thanks to teamwork and the innovative nature of BATZ.

I pursue the efficiency of our production process by optimising all the available means. I manage a large team of collaborators and I try to encourage and lead them through continuous improvement practices and achievement oriented values.

Diversity, positivity, innovation, solidarity and teamwork, combine with the capacity that the company has to offer us new challenges continuously, it´s what I like the most in BATZ.
