My professional development has gone hand in hand with the growth of this plant, which specialises in the manufacturing of solutions to lighten vehicles. Currently, I am responsible for five production lines and manage a team of approximately 60 people. I am certain that, in a sector as competitive as ours, we need the ideas of everyone to improve and differentiate ourselves. I put this into practice daily with my team of employees.
